Enrolment Procedure: Complete the online subscription form, once submitted, you will be provided access to the Platform immediately.

Course Content: ISM will provide training and assessment that leads to the achievement of competency in the qualification or short course you have chosen to enrol in.

Fees and Charges and refund policy: ISM will issue an invoice upon enrolment. Clients are required to pay no more than $1500 prior to the commencement of the course. The remaining fees will be due after the commencement with the due date outline on your invoice. This is not applicable to corporate clients. Payment and invoicing processes will be dependent on the company through which you are completing the qualification.
A person who enrolls with ISM will be provided with 21 days within which to withdraw and request a refund. Notification to withdraw must be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer by letter or email. When notifying withdrawals, the person must include full name, client number, name of course, and documentation to support exceptional circumstances that have prompted the withdrawal. A copy of the notice should be kept in the event that it needs to be resent. 25% of the enrolment fees will be withheld to cover administration costs such as setting up records, letters, notices, and any materials already supplied. 

Welfare and Guidance: All clients experiencing any difficulty or concerns about their training experience should make contact with ISM Management where a range of solutions may be discussed and provided.

Appeals and Complaints: The complaints and appeals policy of ISM provides an avenue for clients to address their complaints and appeals to ISM Management and have them dealt with in a constructive and timely manner. 

Disciplinary Procedures: Clients who are unruly, offensive, or conduct themselves in a disrespectful manner toward ISM staff or fellow students will be offered one warning to desist their behaviour after which continued behaviour will result in their subscription being cancelled. 

Access and Equity: ISM is committed to providing training and assessment services to all clients regardless of race religion sex socio-economic status, disability, language, literacy, or numeracy.

Legislative Compliance: ISM Management and staff conducts periodic reviews to ensure that it is compliant with all state and federal legislative requirements for RTO’s including but not limited to WH&S, Harassment, Discrimination, Equal Opportunity, and Vocational Education and training legislation.

Why we collect your personal information 
As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment (subscription) in courses with us. Declaration

  • I agree that any photos/videos of my participation in a training session can be used on social media and the ISM learning platform. I also note that I can opt out of this clause at any time by emailing such a request to admin@ism.edu.au
